How It Works
Hidden In the Door, Working On Its Own
The mechanism sits concealed inside a slot routed into the base of the door, so nothing is visible when the door is open. A spring-loaded drop bar does all the work — no electronics, no effort from you.

Concealed in the base
An aluminium carrier holding a soft silicone seal is fitted out of sight into the underside of the door.

Drops as the door closes
As the door meets the frame, a trigger pin is pushed in and the spring lowers the silicone seal firmly against the floor.

Lifts as the door opens
Open the door and the seal retracts back up inside the profile, so it clears the floor and never drags — no threshold strip needed.
